NomadiX began in 2020 with a core team of four: Tan Vatey, Neak Sophal, Say Tola, and myself — Sao Sreymao.
Supported by Anicca Foundation and the Swiss Cooperation, the first tour took place in Kampot and Siem Reap before being interrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

In the same year, we co-founded tiSamjort — a shared space for art materials, collaboration, and experimentation.

From 2023–2025, NomadiX returned with expanded activities. tiSamjort became an official artist collective, with new members contributing to the development and implementation of the project.

Based on our core concept:

• Arts & Environment
  Exploring climate change and ecological landscapes through creative practices

• Community Empowerment
  Bringing art access to young people in pagodas and local community spaces

• Mobility & Participation
  A traveling model that adapts to each site and uplifts local voices

Recent Highlights

• Workshops and exhibitions in Kampong Cham, Kratie, and Stung Treng (2024)
• Multi-disciplinary sessions — photography, animation, mixed media, and fine art
• Outdoor screenings and performances activating community spaces
